STEP ONE
First of all, choose either to provide us design sketches, send us photos or products for reference. Telling us what you need for new projects (sizes, logos, materials, etc.) would help both of us. STEP TWO

Later on, the production department begins the sample makings by receiving a sample order form with all sales team details. This process needs 5 to 7 days: from materials purchasing to die-cutting, from printing to sewing. Sometimes it happens that customers need a customized metal plate, puller, etc. that needs molding. In these circumstances, the lead production might be five days longer than expected.
STEP FOUR
While samples are making, the production team will also double-check with the sales team about material colors, printing colors, and more. Finishing them, we will check the samples order forms to confirm if the samples are as seems to be requested. After that, we will take photos and reserve editions for checking if all the information is correct before delivering it to you. For any mistakes, our factory will revise or make a new sample.
